As an Application Engineer I, here at Honeywell, you will contribute to the successful deployment and support of our products and solutions by providing technical expertise and assistance to customers. You will be involved in understanding customer requirements, implementing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective application of Honeywell technologies.
In this role, you will impact on the success of our products by providing technical support and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will report directly to our Application Engineering Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule. Note: for the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work onsite 100% M-F.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of application solutions for Honeywell products.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs and provide technical support.
- Support the successful deployment and troubleshooting of Honeywell applications at customer sites.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 0-2 years of experience in application engineering or a related technical role.
- Basic understanding of Honeywell products and solutions with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
- Familiarity with technical tools and software relevant to application engineering, including proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with programming languages or software tools applicable to Honeywell’s product lines is a plus.
