Home Health Registered Nurse

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and support recovery and independence.

Whether you're an experienced home health nurse or transitioning from an acute care setting, this role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to build meaningful one-on-one patient relationships.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $36.69 - $58.71 per hour

• Sign-On Bonus up to $10,000

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent acute care nursing experience required

• Current and unrestricted Maryland RN License

• Home Health experience strongly preferred

• Strong computer and technology skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
