Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience. 

 

The Oracle HCM Technical Lead will report to the Director of Digital Product Solution Design. As part of this team, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions. The role is primarily focused on Oracle HCM reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts), AI Agents, REST API development, and Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS/VB Studio). The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor the development team, collaborate with functional and business stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, HCM Extracts, AI Agents, REST API , and VBS business rules.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor team members.
  • Support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, CI/CD processes, and release management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure solution quality, performance, security, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud technical development.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • BI Publisher
    • OTBI
    • HCM Extracts
    • Fast Formula (preferred)
    • Oracle HCM REST APIs
    • Oracle AI Agents / Oracle AI capabilities
    • Oracle Visual Builder Business rules. 
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model and security framework.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices within Oracle Visual Builder Studio.
  • Strong SQL, XML, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP) knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
