You will partner with business units, functions, geos, and markets to provide IBMers the knowledge, information, and clear calls to action needed to work effectively and deliver business results. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Engagement Programs: Create engagement programs led by our function, using data and analytics in partnership with IBMers to inspire and motivate them around their role in delivering value to our clients. • Build Collaborative Relationships: Build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and team members across functions inside the company to counsel and provide internal and executive communications deliverables. • Customize and Execute Programs: Draw on global strategies, programs, and assets to customize and execute programs and activities in service of the IBMer, deeply understanding the local IBMer audience. • Analyze Data and Sentiment: Analyze data regarding behaviors, sentiment, and engagement to inform and optimize communication strategies. • Craft Compelling Content: Use solid writing and storytelling capabilities to create relevant and personal content for employee audiences, making the business and our strategy relevant to them. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Deep Understanding of IBMer Personas: Experience with analyzing and understanding IBMer personas at the enterprise, unit, and geo levels to deliver relevant context and inspire motivation. • Business Acumen: Deep expertise in understanding the business and our strategy, with the ability to make it relevant and personal to employee audiences. • Data-Driven Insights: Experience with using data and analytics to inform and optimize communication strategies, including analyzing data regarding behaviors, sentiment, and engagement. • Strategic Content Creation: Deep expertise in creating relevant and personal content for employee audiences, using solid writing and storytelling capabilities to make the business and our strategy relevant to them. • Global Strategy Implementation: Experience with drawing on global strategies, programs, and assets to customize and execute programs and activities in service of the IBMer, with a deep understanding of the local IBMer audience. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Social Strategies Knowledge: Deep expertise in social strategies to engage audiences through a content and delivery ecosystem that shares relevant information through streamlined channels. • Content Ecosystem Familiarity: Experience with creating and managing a content ecosystem that delivers relevant information to IBMers. • Data Analysis Tools: Deep expertise in using data analysis tools to analyze data regarding behaviors, sentiment, and engagement to inform and optimize communication strategies.
