Role responsibilities
Independent IT Field Technicians will handle service calls in the Oklahoma City region, performing tasks such as low-voltage cabling work, hardware installations, and troubleshooting. Work is assigned through the Service Envoy Marketplace, allowing technicians to view and request available service visits in their area.
Requirements
Candidates should have solid mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to read technical documentation and interact professionally with clients. A high school diploma is required, and prior experience in a field service or technical support role is preferred.
