About the role:At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Inventory & Purchasing team plays an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join us. In this position, you’ll process internal purchase requisitions through the company's project management and procurement systems, sourcing technology equipment, production supplies, replacement parts, and operational materials, and ensuring timely delivery to multiple production facilities. Your daily tasks will include:The Purchasing Coordinator works closely with suppliers, Accounts Payable, receiving teams, inventory teams, and internal stakeholders to support daily purchasing operations, maintain accurate procurement records, and reconcile vendor invoices. This role offers hands-on experience, professional development, and excellent opportunities for advancement within the Purchasing and Supply Chain organization.In this role, we'll expect you to:Process internal purchase requisitions through the company's project management and procurement systems.Create and manage purchase orders for technology equipment, production supplies, replacement parts, and operational materials.Monitor open purchase orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.Partner with receiving and inventory teams across multiple production facilities to ensure accurate receipt of materials and resolve shipment discrepancies.Work closely with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices and resolve pricing or billing issues.Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.Obtain supplier quotes and assist with sourcing activities.Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor documentation.Support inventory accuracy and supply chain initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.Assist with purchasing reports, data analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.Perform other procurement and operational support duties as assigned.Your qualifications:High school diploma or Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred.0–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, customer service, administrative support, supply chain, or a related field preferred.Bilingual in English and Spanish required.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, or inventory operations.Familiarity with ERP, purchasing, or project management software.Interest in building a career in procurement, supply chain,...
