Accountabilities

    In this role, you will support inventory control and production planning activities by executing purchase and work order processes while ensuring alignment with demand signals and operational requirements.

    • Place purchase orders based on e-Kanban signals, forecasts, and business demand inputs under supervision
    • Release production work orders based on planning data from remote and cross-site operations
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to adjust procurement parameters based on lead times, shelf life, and demand shifts
    • Participate in daily KPI meetings and provide updates on assigned actions and operational performance
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping, and structured problem-solving activities
    • Assist in physical inventory processes and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
    • Use ERP systems to manage planning activities and maintain accurate supply chain data
    • Requirements

      This position requires a strong foundation in supply chain operations, planning systems, and data-driven decision-making, along with the ability to work effectively in a structured manufacturing environment.

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience in planning, purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing support
      • Hands-on experience using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent platforms
      • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
      • Familiarity with MRP, CRP, MPS, purchase order management, and inventory control processes
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
      • Understanding of lean methodologies such as Kanban, Kaizen, and value stream mapping (preferred)
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing priorities
