You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Department (N9), Fleet Readiness Division (N92), Navy Ashore Food Service (Galley) (N925) of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS COMMAND (CNIC).
You will develop and track performance and cost output metrics in alignment with overall Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Navy (DON) goals.
You will update requirements determinations for advanced training and "C" schools with Naval Education and Training Command (NETC).
You will work with regional managers to develop Plan of Action and Milestones to improve quality, efficiency and mission effectiveness of the food service operation.
You will develop and conduct routine briefings to keep regional commanders informed on all matters of food service changes to programmatic operations, policy changes and trends.
You will identify developmental training needs, develop and approve performance standards and plans, mid-year progress evaluations and annual performance appraisals.
You will provide operational oversight of all CNIC Appropriated Fund (APF) supported food service operations.
You will develop and implement a single coherent service strategy that meets emerging operational requirements, leverages technology and commercial best practices, optimizes financial resources, and meets stakeholder expectations.
