As a Pool Service Attendant, you’re not just ensuring the safety of pool guests – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Greet and assist guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to requests (seating arrangement, F&B order) and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
- Ensure swimmer safety: Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices
- Respond to emergencies: Act quickly and effectively in line with the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment: Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
