Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will support the finance team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. As a Management Trainee - Finance, you’re not just supporting the Finance team – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Learning & Development: Participate in training programs and actively develop accounting skills.
- Report Preparation: Help compile financial reports and statements under supervision.
- Bank Reconciliation: Support weekly bank reconciliation and cash tracking.
- Compliance Checks: Assist in verifying transactions for policy and regulatory compliance.
- System Familiarity: Learn and operate finance systems and tools used in hotel accounting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with finance team and other departments to support daily operations.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Internship or entry-level exposure in finance preferred
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software; hotel system is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines with supervision
- Fluent in English; collaborative across departments
