How you will create an impact
- 作为AIG中国深圳分公司副总经理，制定并落实分管部门的年度业务战略与经营目标。
- 作为监管机构指定的深圳分公司“金融创新与技术”职能负责人，履行相应职责。
- 制定并实施针对本地市场的经纪业务策略及行动计划，维护和拓展与各地经纪公司及国内保险公司的业务关系，从而达成指定渠道的业务指标（保费预算）。
- 与产品线部门协调配合，开拓大型综合业务，挖掘市场中的再保险及共保业务机会，以及发展跨国业务。
- 配合中国区渠道管理负责人开展中国区层面的特定项目与举措。
- 负责分公司总经理分配的其它工作。
What you’ll need to succeed
- 大学本科及以上学历，知名院校MBA优先。
- 具备本地财产保险公司从业经验，有业务或保险经纪背景者优先。
- 出色的中英文演讲与陈述能力。
- 良好的人际交往能力。
- 积极主动，具备高度的自我驱动力。
