Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Fairfield County, CT.

Available Shifts
- Day Shifts
- Evening Shifts
- Overnight Shifts
- Weekend Shifts
- Flexible Per Diem Scheduling
Compensation & Benefits
- LPNs starting at $40.00 per hour
- Competitive pay for RNs

Qualifications
- Active Connecticut RN or LPN license
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Current physical completed within the last 12 months
- Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable
