Accountabilities
- Develop and execute SEO and AI search (GEO) strategies aligned with client business objectives and growth targets
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading strategy discussions, reporting, and performance reviews
- Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize on-page content, internal linking structures, and CMS implementations (primarily WordPress)
- Design and implement structured data and schema markup to enhance AI and search engine visibility
- Monitor and improve client presence in AI-generated search results across platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
- Translate analytics insights into clear recommendations using performance data and experimentation
- 3–5+ years of experience in SEO, digital strategy, or web optimization with exposure to generative search evolution
- Strong understanding of AI search behavior, including RAG concepts and conversational query systems
- Expertise in semantic SEO, entity-based optimization, and structured data implementation
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and enterprise SEO tools such as SEMrush or Screaming Frog
- Experience managing multiple enterprise B2B client accounts simultaneously in a consulting or agency setting
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic technical SEO considerations for development teams
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) for search monitoring and workflow support
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy
- Preferred exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is a plus
