Position Overview:
The Manager, HR Technology will lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of TraceLink’s Workday footprint. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Workday modules, including Core HCM, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Extend and others.
This role will act as a product owner and Workday subject matter expert (SME), partnering closely with TraceLink’s internal stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Workday roadmap and configuration strategy across all modules.

Identify and implement best practices to optimize business processes and maximize system capabilities.

Manage members of the Workday team.

Lead cross-functional Workday projects including implementations, upgrades, and deployments.

Manage project scopes, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.

Oversee system design, testing, and deployment of Workday solutions.

Ensure Workday integrations with third-party systems function smoothly.

Maintain data integrity and drive improvements in reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Workday reporting tools.

Serve as an escalation point for complex system issues.

Oversee user access, security roles, and audit controls within Workday.

Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure Workday meets business needs.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support platform capabilities.

Provide strategic counsel to HR and leadership on Workday’s roadmap and system enhancements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS configuration and development.

Demonstrated experience leading Workday implementations and configuration.

Excellent understanding of HR processes and data governance practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.

Experience with Workday reporting tools and Extend.
