The FX Business Execution Analyst plays an important role in supporting the Americas Sales & Trading business by contributing to business management, governance activities, performance reporting, and strategic initiatives that help drive operational excellence across the organization.
This position offers a unique opportunity for early-career professionals to gain broad exposure to the Foreign Exchange (FX) business while partnering with Sales, Trading, Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams. The Analyst will support day-to-day business management priorities, contribute to key projects, and help ensure the business operates effectively and in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
## What You'll Do
As an FX Business Execution Analyst, you will support a variety of business management and execution activities while building strong partnerships across functions and regions. You will help monitor business performance, coordinate governance processes, and contribute to initiatives that enhance controls, efficiency, and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Support the preparation and analysis of business metrics, performance reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Assist with governance activities, including business reviews, control meetings, and management reporting.
* Contribute to business projects and process improvement initiatives that support strategic objectives.
* Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to address business needs and drive execution.
* Assist with audit, regulatory, and compliance-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required materials.
* Help identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved controls, and enhanced business performance.
* Support day-to-day business management activities and ad hoc initiatives as required.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience working with data, reporting tools, and information management systems.

## Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
* Prior experience in financial services, capital markets, business management, project management, operations, or a related field preferred.
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
