We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.The Commissioning TeamExamples of key problems the team is working onHelp stand up a Cx program for 10s to 100s of GWs of DCs this decade.Develop plans for Cx and QA/QC for first-of-a-kind modular data center designs.Drive development and implementation of automated L4/L5 commissioning.Role ScopeOwn the field commissioning program across all MEP systems on hyperscale data center projects at 100MW+, serving as the primary on-site authority for mechanical, electrical, and controls integration.Lead every commissioning phase from pre-functional testing through functional performance testing and Integrated Systems Testing to owner acceptance.Own startup and energization sequencing for chillers, dry coolers, FCUs, pumps, HVAC, switchgear, UPS, generators, and BMS/EPMS.Own the six-week look-ahead and constraint log, surfacing and resolving upstream constraints before they hit the schedule.Run site meetings with clients, consultants, and trades, presenting commissioning status, risk, and recovery plans.Travel at least 50% to project sites.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point.
