Senior Technical Project Manager – Autonomous Vehicles
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex Autonomous Vehicle programs, including next-generation Robotaxi and Driver-Out deployments. This role is focused on driving outcomes, not maintaining project plans.
You will work across engineering, product, validation, operations, safety, customers, and executive leadership. You will navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, uncover hidden risks, remove obstacles, and create alignment in high-pressure environments where priorities and constraints constantly evolve.
The role requires working from our Jerusalem office one to two days per week.

What will your job look like?
- Own the end-to-end execution of business-critical Robotaxi and Autonomous Vehicle programs. Translate customer commitments, product requirements, and engineering constraints into realistic, actionable plans. Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, validation, safety, platform, cybersecurity, manufacturing, and operations teams.
- Continuously test assumptions, schedules, requirements, and proposed solutions. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, dependencies, and blind spots before they affect delivery. Lead root-cause analysis and promote decisions based on facts, data, and objective reality.
- Proactively identify execution risks, resource gaps, dependency conflicts, and organizational bottlenecks. Drive resolution across stakeholders, escalate when necessary, and maintain momentum until issues are fully resolved.
- Lead technical alignment and trade-off discussions while keeping teams focused on program objectives. Serve as a central coordination point for strategic customers and partners, representing Mobileye in technical and program discussions with OEMs, operators, suppliers, and partner organizations.
- Establish milestones, success metrics, and execution indicators. Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, ownership, and recovery plans clearly to teams and senior leadership. Improve tools, processes, workflows, and organizational interfaces to increase predictability, accountability, and delivery velocity.
All you need is:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least five years of experience leading complex technical programs, products, or engineering organizations.
- Strong systems thinking, critical thinking, analytical ability, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Proven success driving cross-functional execution and influencing without direct authority.
- Fluent English and Hebrew, with willingness to travel internationally.
- Experience in Autonomous Vehicles, ADAS, robotics, automotive, aerospace, safety-critical systems, integrated software-hardware products, validation, verification, release management, system integration, deployments, or customer-facing technical leadership is highly valued.
