Pepperoni Production Line Coordinator-2nd Shift
Starting Pay: $24.90 with $1.00 shift Differential
Shift/Time: 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily pepperoni production line activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
- Assign employees to workstations and adjust staffing based on production needs.
- Provide direction, training, and support to employees throughout the shift.
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment and production issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor materials and supplies to ensure the line has the ingredients, packaging, and equipment needed.
- Perform equipment setup, adjustments, product changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to support efficient production operations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation programs, including GMPs, HACCP, and company policies.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), powered industrial equipment, and safe work practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Food Safety & Quality teams to meet production goals and perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in refrigerated production areas and around food products
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
- One year of consistent production experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment
- Ability to effectively communication in English, reading, writing, speaking
Preferred Requirements:
- 1 year of leadership experience in a production and/ or manufacturing environment
