Breedon Surfacing Solutions provide a wide range of asphalt surfacing contracting services across the UK, delivering a comprehensive asphalt surfacing solution for the construction and maintenance of public highways; infrastructure; residential and industrial developments and minor works. Our client base ranges from domestic and commercial clients to large contractors, local authorities and government bodies. We have a requirement for a gang that will operate in the Oxfordshire area. The gang will comprise of the following roles: 1 Foreperson

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out work in accordance with instructions given by the Foreperson
- Ensure all plant and equipment is properly maintained, safe to use and operated in the manner for which it was designed
- Maintain all PPE to a high standard to ensure it is in a good serviceable condition
- Support less experienced operatives
- Maintain professional working practices
- Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures and safety commitments
- Report all accidents, incidents, near miss events, issues and concerns
- Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the quality requirements of the specification
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Previous Surfacing Experience
- CSCS card and driving license are essential for all roles
- Paver, Roller and Tractor Drivers will be required to hold MPQC/CPCS tickets for the relevant plant
