In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage innovative design projects that define the very essence of BRP’s reputation.YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Serve as a manager for all designers in your group to ensure the team’s objectives are met;Oversee the execution of design activities in accordance with best practices, such as technical drawings, bills of materials, digital models, and other documentation;Ensure the professional development of each member of your team;Collaborate with various departments to ensure product development and on-time delivery of tooling and components;Monitor and establish KPIs based on departmental objectives;Influence and contribute to your department’s strategies and direction with a focus on continuous improvement. YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:DEC in mechanical engineering or other relevant field;Minimum of 10 years of relevant design experience;Good communication skills in French and English, both oral and written;  *English is required because the person will have to read technical and regulatory documentation not available in French and communicate with international suppliers.Good knowledge of design technologies and methodologies;Good command of Catia V5 and Smarteam;Interest and aptitude for team management;Excellent leadership, organizational, and priority management skills; Do you have other skills?
