Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician Level II will execute installation responsibilities, lead installation teams, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. This includes configuring devices, overseeing system commissioning, and providing customer training.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in a construction trade and advanced knowledge of electricity and telecommunications. Experience with project management, team leadership, and relevant systems is also required.
