Accountabilities:

    • Guide the implementation and configuration of specific ServiceNow modules, ensuring adherence to standard platform architecture and best practices.
    • Collaborate with agile development teams, support teams, and product groups to ensure consistent and scalable delivery.
    • Ensure solutions include proper automated testing and meet quality standards before deployment.
    • Monitor module roadmaps and define adoption strategies for new features and platform enhancements.
    • Validate functionality during platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of implemented solutions.
    • Assess customization requests and recommend minimal or no-customization approaches when appropriate, clearly explaining impacts and risks.
    • Requirements:

      • Higher education degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification, complemented by postgraduate specialization (minimum 360 hours) in a related field.
      • Proven professional experience as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or similar role working with the ServiceNow platform.
      • Active ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD.
      • Additional certifications such as CIS-HRSD and/or CIS-FSM will be considered a strong advantage.
      • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform governance principles.
      • Ability to work in agile environments with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
