Executive Assistant, Product and Development

San Francisco, CARegular Employee$120k–$140kPosted Jul 15, 2026
IREN is a vertically integrated AI Cloud provider, delivering large-scale data centers and GPU clusters for AI training and inference. IREN’s platform is underpinned by its expansive portfolio of grid-connected land and power in renewable-rich regions across North America, Europe and APAC.

With 100% renewable energy, we build, own and operate our data centers and take pride in being at the forefront of sustainable solutions for the ever-evolving applications of high-performance compute. We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way – responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in.

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted operational partner to the Chief Product Officer and Chief Development Officer, enabling them to focus on what matters most. We're looking for a true right hand — someone who acts as a trusted operational partner and extension of the Chief Product Officer and Chief Development Officer, not just a calendar manager. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives in complexity but never gets lost in it: you see the whole board, anticipate what's needed before it's asked for, and have a genuine bias for action.

Based in San Francisco, you'll be the connective tissue across a global Product & Development organization — coordinating seamlessly across time zones (including Sydney), keeping momentum going around the clock, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll own the calendar, the logistics, and the operational rhythm so your executives can stay focused on the strategic work only they can do.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to multiple time zones given IREN’s operations across North America Australia and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chief Product Officer and Chief Development Officer’s complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements (domestic and international), and speaking engagements.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings by gathering documents, creating agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between the teams and external parties, screening calls and visitors, answering inquiries with professionalism, and directing communications as needed.
  • Support the processes and activities of the global Product & Development teams, applying judgment and discretion to identify operational needs, adapt to shifting priorities, and contribute directly to the effective management of the team’s business operations.
  • Provide additional support to other departments, administrators, or executives as needed.
  • Maintain team records, distribution lists, organizational documents and shared files to ensure key information is accurate, accessible and well organized.
  • Coordinate invoice management for the Product & Development teams, including vendor tracking, approval workflows, payment follow-up and record keeping.
