Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with 4+ years of experience in frontend application development. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Requires strong expertise in ReactJS, modern frontend architecture, UI performance optimization, and integration with backend services. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that support a modern ecosystem of web, Android, and iOS applications. Analyzes user requirements and contributes to technical solutions with minimal supervision.
Essential Functions:
Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS.
Build reusable UI components, libraries, and frontend frameworks to support scalable application development.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Mobile, and Engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend application issues.
Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality.
Support and lead small to medium complexity frontend initiatives and system components.
Provide peer support and assist in onboarding and mentoring junior engineers.
Work within Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Document development processes, technical designs, and implementation decisions.
Implement security, performance, and accessibility best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of frontend application development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component-based design.
Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
Experience with Git and modern version control practices.
Strong understanding of testing, debugging, and frontend development best practices.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Exposure to SQL and PostgreSQL.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-native applications.
Exposure to Snowflake or data-driven applications.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
