Accountabilities:
- Manage, organize, and prioritize the product backlog according to business value, risks, and impact.
- Define initiatives, epics, features, and user stories following best practices such as INVEST.
- Create clear, objective, and measurable acceptance criteria for product requirements.
- Support product discovery activities, gathering insights and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Map business processes, including academic, financial, regulatory, and integration requirements.
- Conduct backlog refinement sessions with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, supporting teams throughout planning, execution, and delivery.
- Validate delivered features and ensure alignment with product objectives and user expectations.
- Monitor roadmap evolution, releases, and product performance indicators.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, communicating proactively with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, Support, and business teams to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Support strategic decisions through data analysis and product metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Design, Education, or related fields.
- Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in complex digital products.
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, ERP, or educational technology platforms.
- Proven experience managing and evolving product backlogs.
- Experience writing initiatives, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with refinement processes, prioritization, and product estimation.
- Experience with business process mapping and requirements analysis.
- Knowledge of BPMN and product discovery practices.
- Ability to analyze impacts, manage dependencies, and support decision-making.
- Experience monitoring and analyzing product metrics.
- Postgraduate degree in related areas.
- Certifications in Product Ownership, Scrum, Kanban, Product Management, Discovery, or Product Metrics.
- Experience working in EdTech or technology solutions for education.
- Experience with educational ERP platforms.
- Practical use of Artificial Intelligence tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, backlog creation, feedback synthesis, and impact analysis.
