Digital Technology Staff Auditor / hybrid role / PWR

What You Will Do

• Assess DT and cybersecurity processes and procedures to evaluate the design, reliability, and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Support the delivery of independent assurance regarding the adequacy of management’s risk-mitigation activities.
• Provide management with independent and objective evaluations, reports, advice, and recommendations.
• Execute assigned procedures for risk-based audits in accordance with established audit methodologies and engagement objectives.
• Assess risks associated with key business processes and contribute to the development of risk-based audit plans and engagement-specific audit programs.
• Develop process maps for significant DT, cybersecurity, financial, business, and operational processes to identify control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare clear, concise, and evidence-based audit reports.
• Present audit conclusions, risks, and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop automated control-testing procedures using internal tools such as Tanium, Verdant, ServiceNow, and Ansible.
• Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other automation capabilities to enhance control testing, improve audit efficiency, and refine audit work instructions.
• Develop and maintain audit work programs for emerging DT areas, including cloud computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and AI.
• Modernize existing audit work programs by incorporating automated and data-driven testing procedures.
• Continuously develop technical, audit, and business skills based on departmental priorities and evolving technology risks.
• Travel to company locations as required, up to 40% of the time.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or
• an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of
• a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
• Experience Advanced Microsoft Office applications and Excel skills.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other relevant DT, cyber, or technical certifications.
• Experience writing scripts for Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Servers and PCs, Unix.
• operating systems, and Visual Basic for Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Tanium, Verdant, Archer GRC, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with public accounting, internal audit, government accounting, or project management work with exposure to a manufacturing environment; company; server audits.
• Knowledge of SOX, NIST, COBIT, COSO and other frameworks.

Zakres wynagrodzenia dla tego stanowiska wynosi 8 417,0 PLN – 16 800,0 PLN. Podany zakres jest szacunkową wartością reprezentatywną obejmującą różne poziomy doświadczenia tym stanowisku.  Przy ustaleniu wysokości wynagrodzenia RTX bierze pod uwagę m. in. zakres roli, poziom odpowiedzialności, doświadczenie zawodowe kandydata, lokalizację, wykształcenie, ukończone szkolenia oraz kluczowe kompetencje kandydata.
