Job Description

Transformation Lead :  Grade 17

• Sets strategic direction and execution roadmaps for complex initiatives, shaping multi-year outcomes that have material impact on employee experience and business performance.
   
• Leads a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional programs with broad scope and interdependencies, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities, disciplined governance, and measurable results.
   
• Operates as a trusted advisor to senior leadership (VP+ / SVP level), influencing decisions on strategic investments, prioritization, and operating model changes through data-driven insights and informed perspective.
   
• Drives enterprise alignment across business lines and corporate functions, building strong partnerships to remove barriers, resolve competing priorities, and accelerate execution on critical initiatives.
   
• Owns end-to-end accountability for initiative sequencing and integration, ensuring the right work is prioritized at the right time to maximize impact, minimize disruption, and deliver sustained value.
• 
  Translates complex operational challenges into scalable solutions, identifying root causes of performance gaps (cost, risk, customer experience) and designing improvements across people, process, and technology.
   
• Leverages advanced financial and operational analytics to assess performance drivers, quantify opportunity, and guide decision-making—turning insights into clear, actionable strategies with measurable outcomes.
   
• Designs and evolve operating models and workflows to support new capabilities, product launches, and regulatory requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and sustainable.
   
• Establishes governance, accountability structures, and success metrics across initiatives, holding stakeholders accountable for delivery while enabling agile adjustments based on performance and business needs.
   

Represents the enterprise in cross-functional forums and with external partners, ensuring seamless coordination, effective resource prioritization, and successful integration of solutions across the broader ecosystem.
