As Director, International New Product Planning, you will operate where science, strategy and commercial excellence intersect. Working across Global Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial, you will help shape how future assets are developed, positioned and brought to markets around the world.
Beyond individual products, you will contribute to building an International organization that increasingly influences global portfolio decisions and strengthens Incyte's leadership in Hematology & Oncology.

The strongest launches begin years before approval.
You will influence the commercial direction of pipeline assets from the earliest stages of development, ensuring International perspectives help shape global decisions.
You will:
- Develop integrated commercial strategies for priority Hematology and Oncology assets across International markets.
- Shape Target Product Profiles by identifying opportunities for meaningful clinical and commercial differentiation.
- Influence development strategies through market insights, competitive intelligence and evolving treatment landscapes.
- Partner with Clinical Development to help optimize trial design, evidence generation and market relevance.
- Build strategic recommendations that strengthen portfolio prioritization and long-term asset value.
Transform Innovation into Commercial Opportunity

You will:
- Build robust forecasting, valuation and scenario-planning models to support strategic investment decisions.
- Define differentiated value propositions for physicians, patients, healthcare systems and payers.
- Assess market opportunities, competitive dynamics and future treatment paradigms across International markets.
- Partner with Market Access and HEOR to shape pricing, reimbursement and evidence-generation strategies.
- Identify opportunities to maximize long-term lifecycle value across the portfolio.
Influence Enterprise Strategy
International is becoming an increasingly important voice in shaping the future of our portfolio.
You will help strengthen that influence by building alignment across senior stakeholders and translating complex information into clear strategic direction.
You will:
- Represent International Commercial within cross-functional governance and asset teams.
- Influence strategic decisions across Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial and Market Access.
- Build alignment across regional and affiliate organizations around one integrated commercial vision.
- Challenge assumptions through thoughtful analysis and forward-looking strategic thinking.
- Contribute to portfolio decisions that strengthen International's role as a key growth engine for Incyte.
Build Winning Launch Strategies
Every successful launch builds the platform for the next generation of innovation.
You will:
- Design International go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse healthcare environments.
- Shape launch sequencing, commercial models and market-entry strategies across priority countries.
- Lead cross-functional launch planning from early preparation through commercialization.
- Drive launch readiness with clarity, discipline and a relentless focus on execution excellence.
- Capture learnings that continuously strengthen future launches across the portfolio.

Qualifications
Experience
- Significant experience in New Product Planning, Commercial Strategy, Launch Excellence or related strategic commercial functions within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Deep expertise within Hematology, Oncology or Specialty Care.
- Strong understanding of international healthcare systems, pricing, reimbursement and commercialization.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams in complex global organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate scientific innovation into commercially successful strategies.
Education
Advanced scientific or business degree required (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent preferred).
