We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, and Scan to BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.The RoleA BIM Specialist generally covers the modeling of different trades (Architecture, Structure or MEP), depending on your background and expertise, whose extent will depend on the scope of the project (specific zones or entire buildings), and whose quality will go according to clients’ requirements and the services provided by the team you end up joining. This position requires a high level of modeling quality (expertise, technical knowledge, LOD and QAQC capabilities), and more autonomy in its self-management and modeling capabilities (studying whatever's necessary according to each trade). A BIM Specialist saves the client problems, detecting possible conflicts throughout the initial information review and the modeling and coordination phases.Mandatory Requirements:Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.Advanced English proficiency is a must.  Knowledge and hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks (or similar).Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mechanical/HVAC or plumbing/piping engineering design.Technical expertise in modelling and coordinating multiple MEP trades.Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.Desirable Requirements:Previous involvement in construction-phase projects for US clientsFamiliarity with US construction standards and MEP codes (e.g., IPC, IMC, ASHRAE)Understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, clash report and model accuracyFamiliarity with BIM add-ins (e.g., Evolve, SysQue, Fabrication Parts) is a plus Company Culture And ValuesCandor: We value honesty, openness, and sincerity in all interactions.Accountability: We take ownership and are committed to delivering high-quality work on time.Win-Win Mentality: We strive for mutual success in all business relationships. Growth OpportunitiesAt ENG, We Believe In Fostering The Growth And Development Of Our Team Members.
