This Role: The Salesforce Tower Sydney Guest Service Ambassadors (GSA) will be stationed in the Lobby and the Salesforce Innovation Centre (SIC) Floor to ensure the Salesforce experience is unforgettable. The GSA team will work collaboratively to respond to challenges, motivate each other and celebrate our success. These positions can expect direct interaction with employees, executives, customers, partners and guests. As the face of Salesforce, GSA’s craft exceptional moments for employees, executives, customers, partners and guests from the moment they step through our doors.
An Overview of the role:
- Deliver a warm, personalized welcome to all guests, setting the tone for an extraordinary Salesforce experience.
- Patience, a sense of humour, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude!
- Strong customer service experience.
- Perform seamless check-in and registration, ensuring a smooth start to every visitor's journey.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, embodying our commitment to customer magic.
- Serve as the ultimate knowledge hub for employees and executives, providing accurate information with a smile.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to be flexible in an ever-changing environment.
- Collaborate with the Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) team to ensure all guest-facing areas are impeccably prepared and customer-ready.
- Be trained in Google Suite, REWS Ticketing System, Quip, Slack and badging access.
- Assist the REWS team by monitoring and ensuring all REWS requests in person or via slack are being acknowledged and replied to.
- All GSA’s will be cross trained to support all functions of REWS support on all Specialty Floors and Employee Floors located within Salesforce Tower Sydney.
- Perform related event support tasks.
- Assist with any reasonable request made by management.
- Availability during evenings, weekends, and after hours is required on an as-needed basis for event execution.
