What You’ll Do
The Marketing Associate supports day-to-day execution of Stack Forging Thermal Solutions’ business unit marketing programs across account-based marketing, campaigns, content, digital channels, webinars, and events. This role is ideal for a B2B marketer who is comfortable working across multiple execution areas, can manage details without losing momentum, and already uses AI tools in their marketing workflow.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy for Stack Forging Thermal Solutions, and collaborate with sales, engineering, leadership, and cross-functional teams to help bring campaigns and programs to life in a fast-moving, technical environment. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure and room to grow.

You're a B2B marketer who loves turning technical content into campaigns that land. You manage details with ease, use AI daily, and want broad exposure across every part of B2B marketing.
Responsibilities
*Responsibilities are subject to change based on shifting business needs
- Campaign and ABM Execution: Support execution of account-based marketing programs for named accounts across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and content
- Assist with account segmentation, messaging alignment, and campaign coordination in support of sales priorities
- Help build, schedule, and launch campaigns in marketing automation and related platforms
- Track engagement metrics and support campaign performance reporting
- Develop and Execute Content Across Channels: Draft and edit marketing content including email copy, social media posts, webinar promotions, event assets, and sales support materials
- Repurpose existing technical content such as white papers, webinars, blog posts, and presentations into channel-specific formats
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, and content uploads
- Help maintain consistency across channels, assets, and messaging
- Support Webinars, Events, and Trade Shows: Help coordinate webinars, trade shows, and industry events from planning through follow-up
- Manage timelines, checklists, and task tracking to keep programs on schedule
- Coordinate with internal speakers, vendors, and external partners as needed
- Support live or on-site event execution when required
- Use AI Tools to Improve Marketing Execution: Use AI tools to support content drafting, editing, campaign ideation, personalization, internal summaries, data analysis, and workflow efficiency
- Support Marketing Operations and Reporting: Help maintain clean data and workflows in our CRM system
- Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign, email, webinar, and event performance
- Support ongoing improvements to marketing processes, templates, and documentation
Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Experience: 2+ of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, hardware, engineering, or other technical industries
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar systems
- Hands-on use of AI tools to support marketing tasks such as content drafting, campaign ideation, personalization, reporting summaries, or workflow optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing direct liquid cooling solutions, to the data center industry, technical, or engineering-focused audiences
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, or trade shows
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with design or content tools such as Canva, Adobe, or Camtasia
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000-$100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
