Medical Lab Technician

Role responsibilities

The Medical Lab Technician will perform tests on samples of blood, urine, and other body fluids to assist in diagnosing and evaluating patient medical status. They will also participate in quality improvement activities and maintain a supportive team environment.

Requirements

Candidates must have an associate degree from an NCCLS accredited Medical Technician program, with hospital laboratory experience preferred. The role requires skills in specimen processing, laboratory testing, and quality control.
