Director Business Development Operational Excellence

Role responsibilities

The Director serves as the operational deputy to the Corporate Vice President & Chief Global Business Development Officer, translating strategy into execution and driving business operating rhythms. This role involves optimizing business development processes and ensuring consistent execution across the organization.

Requirements

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Business Development or related fields within the Aerospace & Defense industry. Extensive knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition and experience with operational excellence methodologies are also required.
