The sales Administrator follows a harmonized and solid sales administration discipline to guide business to growth above the expectations in a profitable and sustainable approach and at the same time supply the high quality and low-cost execution to the organic business.
- Objectives:
- Accelerate the growth of new business opportunities and at the same time support our recurring customers (organic business) to keep on running daily
- Leverage “Best Practices” across the world to define our Sales Standards – NSF.
- Contribute to the transformation approach of full automation, cost reduction and increase growth opportunities.
- Expedite the sales process lifecycle by ensuring data related accuracy and on time submission of the comprehensive documentation to the corresponding Business Units
- To have a strong impact on the sales results by integration and collaboration as one team.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting business development and the processing of new applications, work with other departments to ensure that applications are complete and ready for entry correctly into other systems, provide clerical support, aid with problem solving.
- Help produce sales through following-up on sales leads, generating business leads through leads generation initiatives, all with the purpose of increasing sales activity.
- Responsible for supporting the sales team following leads, by having a proactive review of leads that have not been updated or are close to their due date and supply awareness to the lead owner.
- Strong attention to detail to enter customer data with perfect accuracy.
- Responsible for conducting Lead Generation research and Tradeshows BI processes; based on ad hoc requests from the sales team.
- Help to Coordinate Sales campaigns to be executed to collect and qualified leads.
- Support Sales Growth Team with CRM Salesforce to manage:
- Gather and Follow up Leads.
- Support, when it is needed, to gather and understand customer satisfaction performance
- Collaborate and support RFP (request for proposal) process and sales enablement initiatives.
Advanced English
Bachelor's degree completed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with sales and customer service
