Base pay range
$223,000.00/yr - $287,000.00/yr
As the Director, Business Lead for MSL FAIR, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, supporting the Meta Superintelligence Lab (MSL) FAIR pillar. You will drive impact across Meta’s most critical teams by leading complex, technical programs and cross-functional initiatives. This role requires a technical background and demonstrated experience in program management, strategy, and planning. You will partner with FAIR Research & XFN teams to deliver measurable results, shape strategy, and lead programs that power FAIR’s mission.You will manage programs and processes that support the team and product, ensuring high ROI and alignment to annual goals and long-range planning milestones. You will serve as an accelerant to technical projects, bringing together stakeholders, developing frameworks, aligning on tradeoffs, and driving execution.Director, Business Lead, FAIR Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted thought partner to FAIR leadership, providing strategic insights, recommendations, and holistic perspectives on key initiatives and decisionsMeeting & Engagement Preparation: Prepare leaders for internal and external meetings by developing high-level talking points, attendee backgrounds, decision rationales, and risk assessments.
