The role focuses on delivering efficient, compliant processes while ensuring a high level of stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Support supplier onboarding, data maintenance, and sourcing activities. * Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with procurement policies. * Handle invoice processing, validation, and exception resolution. * Act as a point of contact for stakeholders (employees, suppliers, hiring managers). * Provide operational support via ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and resolve issues. * Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and accurate documentation. * Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong communication skills in English. * Experience in procurement, sourcing, accounts payable, or shared services. * Detail‑oriented with strong time management and problem‑solving skills. * Team player with a service‑focused mindset. * Experience with tools like SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow, or Workday is an advantage. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Additional languages such as Dutch and German are a plus.
