Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is seeking a Kitchen Porter for Coreus to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hotelier to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day :
As a Kitchen Porter for Coreus, you will play a vital role in the seamless operation of the hotel’s back of house, ensuring the immaculate maintenance of all stewarding equipment and dishwashing machinery. You will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational excellence across all kitchen and food storage areas.
Your responsibilities will include the following, executed to the highest professional standards:
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness across restaurants, kitchens, and all food service and preparation areas
- Ensure storerooms remain impeccably organised, hygienic, and fully compliant at all times
- Rigorously uphold all hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Work in close partnership with the kitchen team to support flawless service delivery and an exceptional guest experience
What are we looking for?
A Kitchen Porter within Hilton’s luxury portfolio operates with integrity, professionalism, and a guest first mindset—working collaboratively with fellow Team Members to support culinary excellence. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Previous experience handling cleaning chemicals within a professional hospitality environment
- A valid and current food hygiene qualification or equivalent (documentation may be required)
