The company is looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Diploma or Bachelor’s) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and test principles.
- Familiarity with JMP, Minitab, or Python for data processing is preferred.
- Coursework or projects involving MOSFETs, semiconductors, or electronics testing are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
- Assist in analyzing test and yield data to identify performance shifts, recurring failures, or systematic trends.
- Participate in sustaining projects focused on cost reduction, test time optimization, and material/process improvements.
- Support investigations of cost drivers including test cost, scrap, material usage, and equipment efficiency.
- Prepare data summaries to support proposals for cost of goods sold (COGS) reduction initiatives.
- Assist engineers in monitoring production health across probe, assembly, and final test stages.
- Coordinate with Test Operations, QA, and Manufacturing when deviations are detected.
- Perform statistical analysis such as SPC, correlation, and outlier analysis.
- Prepare engineering reports and dashboards for cross-functional reviews.
- Support engineering builds, characterization runs, and small design of experiments (DOEs) to validate changes to process, test, or parameters.
- Document experiment results and present actionable findings to engineering teams.
