Accountabilities:

    You will own the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven and agentic product capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer value creation. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch, shaping product direction based on data, customer insights, and market trends.

    • Define and own the product roadmap for AI-powered and agentic features within assigned product areas
    • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from hypothesis generation, experimentation, development, and launch
    • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and iterate on AI-driven workflows and intelligent features
    • Translate customer needs and market insights into clear problem statements, requirements, and success metrics
    • Develop business cases and KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, ROI, and customer impact
    • Drive prioritization and backlog management across competing initiatives and stakeholder inputs
    • Guide go-to-market strategy and positioning for AI capabilities in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
    • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to improving product management practices across the team
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience with a proven track record of delivering AI-enabled SaaS products. You combine technical fluency in AI/ML concepts with strong business acumen and stakeholder leadership.

      • 7+ years of product management experience, including delivery of AI or agentic features
      • Strong SaaS background; insurance or regulated industry experience is a plus
      • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
      • Experience defining product strategy, KPIs, and data-driven decision frameworks
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences
      • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
      • Strong customer validation mindset with experience in hypothesis-driven product development
