The Facilities & Construction Analyst III plans, coordinates, and delivers corporate real estate, facility improvement, and construction projects that support Williams' business operations. This role partners with internal stakeholders, contractors, architects, and vendors to provide safe, cost-effective, and high-quality facility solutions while managing projects from planning through completion.

What You'll Do

  • Lead facility renovation, construction, and workplace improvement projects from concept through completion

  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans to meet business objectives

  • Solicit, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor and contractor proposals and contracts

  • Oversee planning, design, bidding, permitting, and construction activities for both new and existing facilities

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and implement contingency plans to maintain schedule and budget performance

  • Prepare project documentation, status updates, and presentations while collaborating with stakeholders to support facility and infrastructure initiatives

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Associate's degree

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related field

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe work practices

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree

  • CAD proficiency

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation

  • Experience managing facility construction, renovation, or corporate real estate projects

Work Conditions

  • May be required to travel between Williams locations, including occasional overnight travel.
