This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Senior Analyst Hilton Honors Finance, on the Hilton Honors Finance team reporting to the Senior Manager, Hilton Honors Finance, you will focus on supporting the Honors loyalty program and related partnerships. You will create and maintain financial models that provide insight into the financial health of the Honors loyalty program and forecast its future outlook.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Create and maintain financial excel models to forecast the inflows and outflows of the Honors fund and assess financial viability of proposed changes to the program
  • Evaluate performance of existing program through monthly variance analysis
  • Support business cases and investment requests related to the growth of Honors
  • Contribute to the annual budget process by collaborating with partners in preparing their annual operating plans

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Work closely with Honors Program Design, Economics and Member Experience teams
  • Collaborate with other teams such as accounting, legal, tax, treasury, and others to provide comprehensive financial management of the Honors program

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Support Hilton Honors financial performance analysis and forecasting
  • Ad hoc excel models that you create to answer business questions and explore potential program changes

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • One (1) year of work experience in financial or data analysis within a financial function
  • Six (6) months of work experience creating complex SQL queries to solve business problems
  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $72,500 – $100,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
