Make a difference to our business

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will help solve complex technical issues for our customers. Through proactively reviewing and mitigating risks you'll minimize potential disruptions for some of the top internet companies.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Working independently with the customers to solve technical problems
  • Acting as a technical account manager to our strategic customers, to proactively analyze and solve technical issues
  • Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution.
  • Providing support for North American customers

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • 2 years of relevant experience and Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent.
  • Have solid understanding of the internet and IP networks, DNS and routing, and communication protocols such as HTTP, TCP or UDP
  • Have experience with web programming languages such as HTML, Java Script and ASP
  • Have experience providing technical solutions and support to enterprise Business-to-Business [B2B] customers
  • Have advanced English for daily meetings and reports.
