If you’re excited about building something special with us, we’d love to hear from you.About the roleAs an SDR Manager at Xelix, you will lead, coach and develop a team of SDRs responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This role is both strategic and hands-on, perfect for a leader who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to refine our processes, build effective outbound strategies, and exceed pipeline generation goals.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipHire, onboard, coach and develop a high-performing team of SDRsFoster a culture of accountability, learning and high performanceTrack individual and team KPIs (quantity and quality KPIs)Report weekly/monthly on SDR performance and pipeline contributionStrategy & Pipeline DevelopmentDrive predictable pipeline generation across our outbound channelCo-own the SDR playbook, continuously optimise messaging, sequences and outreach processesCollaborate closely with Marketing & Sales to execute on Xelix’s GTM strategy and hit the business’ pipeline generation goals Technology & EnablementEnsure proper use of tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Nooks,...
