If you hold a DVM, PhD, or both and are passionate about mentorship, this role is an excellent fit. This is a part-time, remote, 1099 contract role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.ResponsibilitiesMentor undergraduate students through the full research process, from topic selection and literature review to manuscript development and final deliverablesGuide students in developing feasible, high-quality research questions aligned with their academic and career goalsProvide structured feedback on research plans, literature synthesis, and written research draftsHelp students understand research standards and discipline-specific expectationsSupport students pursuing outcomes such as academic papers, posters, or journal submissions, depending on program scopeTrack progress against defined milestones and timelines to ensure consistent forward momentumQualificationsDVM, PhD, or both in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Biomedical Sciences, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience conducting academic or veterinary researchStrong background in literature review, research methodology, and scientific writingExperience mentoring students or traineesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong planning, organization, and project management skillsA passion for mentorship and student developmentFor more information about our company, please visit our website: Inspira Education Group.Inspira Education Group does not discriminate based on race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other reason prohibited by law in providing employment opportunities and benefits.
