The starting pay for this position is $17.54/hr. After successful completion of a one-year trial period with OTRD, the rate of pay may increase to $18.07/hr.Job Description
Basic Purpose
The Lodge Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily upkeep and repair of State Park Lodge facilities. This position will lead maintenance teams, manage preventative maintenance programs, and ensure the lodge property complies with health and safety standards to prevent disruptions to guests.
Typical Job Duties
- Staff Leadership: Schedule, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and groundskeepers.
- Preventative Maintenance: Routinely inspect HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical setups to avoid unexpected equipment downtime as well as buildings and grounds.
- Budgeting & Inventory: Manage supply levels and requisition parts to ensure orders are placed in accordance with state and property regulations.
- Guest Requests: Prioritize and resolve maintenance tickets quickly without disturbing guest comfort.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support daily operations and agency needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Five (5) years of experience in one or more of the building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to perform tasks that involve regular bending, stooping, squatting, walking and lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Some locations will require a valid Driver’s License.

- Scheduled hours will require flexibility, including holidays, weekends, or events, based on the needs of the agency.
