Digital Marketing Coordinator - Everyday Credit Cards
Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The Digital Marketing Coordinator - Everyday Credit Cards position will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Managers - Everyday Credit Cards, Marketing partners and RBC Everyday Credit Cards business leads. You will support digital development, maintenance, and content implementation of various Everyday Credit Cards digital marketing assets - including offer landing pages, product pages, etc.
What will you do?
Support the end-to-end management of digital development and maintenance of projects, including stakeholder/legal approval, translation and working with internal copywriters and designers to request and manage project content
Assist in the execution of various integrated marketing tactics in alignment with stakeholder and business objectives
Support the management of digital request for HTML, deeplinks, vanity and redirects
Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools to analyze channel performance. Translate data to performance reporting and actionable optimization
Design and execute A/B tests on credit card pages for continuous optimization to drive card acquisition
Participate in regular stakeholder meetings, supporting preparation of agendas, updates, and follow-up actions
Ensure that project deliverables are of a high quality and any development adheres to the standards of RBC
Manage timelines to ensure launch dates and timing are adhered to
Ensure applicable pages are accurate, function properly and comply with all RBC regulatory standards, design requirements and SEO/AEO guidelines
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
Post-secondary degree/diploma
Experience in online marketing or related marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision and as a part of the larger team
Nice to have:
Experience with web content management systems
Web analytics experience including Google Analytics
Experience with responsive design and development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML/JSON, databases, APIs)
Experience with digital marketing best practices and SEO practices
Experience with project management tools (Asana, JIRA, etc)
Experience within the financial industry would be an asset
