Accountabilities:
- Manage project activation timelines, service delivery milestones, and SLA commitments while identifying potential impacts from scope changes.
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution across multiple teams, ensuring accountability and alignment between stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project escalations, addressing internal and customer-facing concerns with urgency and professionalism.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks that could impact delivery schedules or customer commitments.
- Develop and execute mitigation strategies to maintain service continuity and successful outcomes.
- Drive collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Construction, Service Assurance, and other operational teams.
- Monitor project performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce cycle times, and improve customer experiences.
- Support technical network operations activities, including installation coordination, testing, maintenance, and deployment of infrastructure solutions.
- Coordinate quality assurance activities to validate performance, reliability, and compliance with operational standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, project records, system updates, and operational reporting.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and solutions aligned with customer and business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 5–7 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within technology, telecommunications, network services, or infrastructure environments.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and operational dependencies.
- Strong understanding of workflow management systems, Ethernet products, and technology deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze complex issues independently and develop effective solutions with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing customer relationships and maintaining transparency throughout project lifecycles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, drive accountability, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
