Accountabilities:
- Monitor network infrastructure, servers, IT services, and security alerts, ensuring rapid detection of anomalies.
- Track dashboards and monitoring tools, opening, registering, and following up on technical incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting connectivity, systems, and infrastructure services.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, operational records, and incident reports.
- Support scheduled infrastructure changes and maintenance activities.
- Verify backups, routine procedures, and operational health checks.
- Communicate incident status and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in asset management and inventory control of infrastructure components.
- Perform connectivity diagnostics and support physical and logical network troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in NOC or Technical Support (Level 1 or 2) within ISP, telecom operator, or integrator environments.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networks and Ethernet fundamentals.
- Familiarity with optical network infrastructure (backbone, FTTH, or transport networks).
- Hands-on experience with CLI environments (Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Ciena, Nokia, Mikrotik or similar).
- Ability to diagnose optical network issues and perform physical layer troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills for remote customer support and accurate technical documentation.
- Availability to work in a 24x7 night shift rotation schedule.
- Technical education in Network Administration or related fields.
