MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROGRAM MANAGEMENT-INFO TECH DIVISION of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. You will establish business controls and management tools to ensure the design, acquisition, implementation and administration of IT systems. You will serve as the program and technical manager for multiple enterprise wide Information Technology Systems. You will provide leadership to subordinate commands to ensure adherence to standard archictecture. You will provide managerial and technical decisions required for corporate level system development.
