Role responsibilities

The Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations is responsible for leading a large-scale manufacturing facility and executing strategies to achieve excellence in quality and delivery performance. This role includes overseeing all manufacturing operations, managing P&L responsibilities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field, along with 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience and 5+ years in senior leadership. A strong understanding of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and demonstrated P&L management experience are also required.
